Madalyns Visit

Well, I its been awhile since I wrote on here!!!
Lets see, after we got back........my friends from PNG came to visit me! Which was a lot of fun! She was here for a week!

We had some fun at Ross!!!
Ok, this picture, has sort of a long story, ok, so we were playing in the rain[I thought of you Jessie=] so we came in, and we took a shower and it was 5, and we decided to go to the prayer meeting[which is at 6, and its 30 minutes from our house], but we wanted Maddie to see a space shuttle go up[5:30, the time we were suppose to leave], and the food was ready at 5:25, so, we got ready, put our hot stew in mugs and headed outside! So, we were in Jeans, with burning hot stew, on a hot humid day! So we were we so hot.......but we made it to the prayer meeting 15 minutes late!!!! :)

We had some fun at the airport!!!

It was a lot of fun! But they are leaving to go back to PNG this month, the 28th! So, I will see her again...........in 2 years!!!

Back!!!

Hey guys......I'm back!! Yay, I am excited to be back and see everybody!!! The flight back was good! We got back a couple hours ago!!!
Well, lets see, we had some interesting things that happened! Well, the 2nd to last day we were in Wisconsin, we were all playing Dutch Blitz, and the fire alarm went off. Amber said that it always goes off, and they never think anything of it! But they decided to look out side and see if anyone was running out, and there was. So, we grabbed their laptop, camera, and important documents, and ran out, within two minutes, the firefighters came! The was a fire pretty close to their apartment, the building is shaped as an L, and they were on one side, and the fire was on the other, so they got no fire or smoke damage! And there was this Mom and two little girls, and the fire was right next door to their apartment, and so they we camping under a tree watching the firefighters, and so we asked if they wanted to come in, so the two girls and her friend came in and ate popcorn, watched T.V., and gave them something to do besides watching the firefighters come in and out!! And the sad thing is, the Mom doesn't have renters insurance! I am not sure on the damage, I hope its not much!


Then, the last night we were there, we went to the park, and on the lake, they had a water skiing show! So, we were watching, and all of the sudden, a guy came walking over saying how anybody could water ski, he was drunk.......and so we were talking to him [cause he would not leave, and would just follow us around] and he would say,"oh, what is that movie, its a comedy, a man and his wife, and his wife is real big? hmmm....its not home improvement.....augh, I hate when I can't think of things! Well, I better get to my baseball game!" and so we tried to think of it, and the whole time he was standing there, he said it like, 5 times, acting like it was his first time asking it! And as we were walking off, he wanted to tell us a joke, it was interesting!


And when we were at Sears, the checkout lady[Rose] talked to me for about 25-30 minutes, and I could not get one word in! [I was just trying to add to the conversation] It went from how dirty money is, to hospital air, to her lung trouble, to gardens, to horrible neighbors, to coupons!!! I tried to say I have to go, but she kept talking! And my family was just standing aways off, watching, and they tried saving me by calling me, but I didn't have my phone on me!!! =) But it was funny!!!

Well, I finally saw all the pictures and video, I am going to put some on for all my family who haven't seen them yet!!! =) See some of you Sunday and on Monday!!!
